Data we use

We process your account details, schedules, notes, messages, uploaded files and sharing choices to run shifTi. Google sign-in supplies your name, email and account identifier, never your Google password. Password sign-in stores a password hash.

Device details, push tokens, usage events, masked session recordings and crash reports help us deliver reminders, secure the service and fix problems. The website uses browser storage for analytics and preferences.

Who receives it

Cloudflare hosts the service and stores data; Google provides sign-in and push notifications; PostHog provides analytics and session recordings; Sentry handles crash reports. When you use AI features, your submitted text and files are processed through OpenRouter and its selected AI providers. Providers may process data outside your country.

Calendar information is also shared with people you choose through sharing features. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information when required by law.

Storage and deletion

We keep account and schedule data while you use the service and protect transfers with HTTPS and access controls. In-app account deletion revokes access and sharing, clears local app data and push tokens, and removes conversation content and uploaded files. Archived schedule records, a recovery email and security audit records may remain on our servers.

To request account and associated data deletion, including remaining records, follow the deletion instructions. Contact us to access, correct or export your data, or exercise other privacy rights available where you live.

Children and changes

shifTi is a work scheduling service, not intended for children. We post policy changes here with an updated date.
